- Gain in-depth knowledge of our metaverse products and their functionalities.
- Research and analyze customer needs and challenges to determine if our products are a good fit.
- Assist the pre-sales team with preparing presentations and demos for potential customers.
- Conduct initial technical consultations with potential customers, addressing basic inquiries and qualifying leads.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in the metaverse industry.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions for customer needs.
- Prepare technical documentation and collateral materials for pre-sales presentations.

Job Description:
- Assist the sales team in managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with clients at a cost best suited for them.
- Respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost, and time restraints.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly.
